User ID Notification Form (Part-time Instructor)

A notification letter provides you with a URL to register for an account or email address and an initial password that identifies you as an individual on  the SIC's services.

 

Target part-time lecturer
Purpose Enabling students to register passwords for the SIC's service from their homes without having to go to the university.
time of issue Part-time lecturers will be given an IC card (staff ID card) and a user ID notice from the Human Resources Department when they start working. (From the 2020 academic year)
