FAQ

The university's wireless LAN is often cut off.

If you are using a laptop and your wireless LAN is disconnected, please check the following.

 1. Reinstall the network adapter driver
 2. Disabling power saving settings on network devices
 3. Temporarily deactivate your security software.

A nearby wireless LAN access point may be malfunctioning. Please let us know where the problem is.
Investigate and restore the AP.
