When registering research results, the message "Registered successfully" is displayed, but the results aren't added to the list of research results.

Please check the following two points.


・You must be connected to SRAS VPN.
・Browser must be Internet Explorer (* Support for Windows 10 will end on June 15, 2022.) or Firefox.

If you are still experiencing the same problem, please try the following

・Clear the browser cache.
・Use of Private Window
