IC card

Student ID Card, Staff ID Card

"IC cards" are used for entering and leaving to rooms with access control, printing services, and user authentication for the office network system. If you forget your "IC card", you will not be able to use these services. Please be sure to bring it with you when you come to SIT.

 

 

Target persons All students, faculties and staffs
Issuance The student affairs department issues and distributes an IC card (student card) when students enroll.
The human resource department issues and distributes the IC card (staff card) of the faculty member.
Reissuance

Toyosu Campus    ：　student affairs section
Omiya Campus     ：　student affairs section, academic planning section

※It costs 3,000 yen for reissue of card due to negligence.
Service that requires  IC card
  • Entry to a room with entry and exit control
  • Entry to the library and borrowing books
  • Unlock the teaching desk (AV console) * for students on graduate school and all teachers
  • Output, copy, scan to printing equipment managed by Center for Science Information
  • Login to office support terminals * do not need for remote terminals
