We provide and manage office support terminals (office terminals) to support the work of faculty members.

Grade upload

We provide support for facilitating the submission of transcripts for teachers and the recovery of staff.

ScombZ

A portal site for students and faculty members of the university.
References to announcements from each department and links to internal web services are summarized.
It also includes the LMS function,
Create LMS pages of all subjects as standard.

S*gsot 

With S * gsot (Gasotto), you can view and confirm course registrations, additions and deletions of registered subjects, timetable display, course status, number of credits acquired, grade letter of advice, absence information, and supplementary course status.

SIT STATION

It is a web support application for teachers. You can edit the syllabus, download the student list, create a mailing list, and authorize the TA here.

Syllabus Editor server

Syllabus Editor server is a web service for editing syllabus of lesson subjects conducted at Shibaura Institute of Technology.

Teacher database 

This database publishes information on education and research activities, university administration, and social contributions of full-time faculty members.
Some items can only be accessed from within the university (see SRAS VPN).

Notebook office support terminal

 Service to be terminated in August 2022

Laptop offices that are convenient for bringing to university meetings are distributed to the positions of each section. It is also useful for video conferences between campuses, outside contractors, and faculty members on business trips.

SharePoint

Microsoft SharePoint is introduced.
It can be used as a place for files, data, news and resources that need to be shared between organizations (faculty and staff).
* SharePoint will be integrated into Teams.

SIT Directory（SIC/OW)

A faculty and staff search system.
You can check your affiliation, email address, and extension number.

PHS

The University distributes PHS so that teachers and staff can use it as a support device to facilitate their work.

Part-time Work Management & Payment Information System

Links to part-time job management / payment information systems and related materials are posted.

File transfer service

 *Service has been terminated in March 2021.

This is a service for transferring large amounts of data that cannot be sent by e-mail.
