As of September 2021, password notifications will no longer be issued to students and faculty. As of September 2022, the password notifications for staff members have been changed. |

| Issue | When students enroll in SIT, an IC card (student card) and password notice will be issued and distributed via PC guidance. An IC card for professors and staff will be issued and distributed by the Human Resources Department along with the IC card (Staff ID card) when the admission procedure is completed. |
