For faculty and staff

The renewal of the department / grade community on Scomb and the department / grade mailing list to the new year will be carried out on the following dates.

2nd grade or above
Mailing list 3/24 (finished)
Community 3/24 (closed)

First grader
Mailing list 3/27 *
Community 3/25 (finished)

Depending on the time of day, the switching day may be unstable, with members remaining last year or nobody.
Please refrain from using on the switching day.

* Because new students are added sequentially in conjunction with account creation, it will take a few days for all new students to be registered. All new students will be registered around March 27. Please do not send an email until then.
