Comments and evaluations can be registered for all students at once.
① Download the format (.xlsx file) from the "Download Format" link.
a.Evaluation
In addition to numerical values, a string of characters such as Excellent, Good, Fair can be typed as a rating. (max. of 255 characters)
b.Comment
Comments of less than 1300 characters can be typed.
c.File name
If a feedback file has already been uploaded, the file name can be changed.
※ If the feedback file is not registered, the file name cannot be changed.
② Click the "Refer" button to select the format you have filled out.③ Click the "Upload" button to upload all the comments and evaluations you have typed in a batch.
※ Only eligible students can see the registered evaluations and comments.※ If there are input errors, please modify and upload again until all data in the uploaded file is reflected.

You can download the submission information for selected students in a batch.
Steps
①Select whether the file name of the submission to be downloaded is the image display file name or the actual file name.
②Select the check box of the user you wish to download.
③Click the [Batch Download] button to download the submission information of the selected user in a batch. The downloaded file will be unzipped in zip format and will consist of the following.
A folder named [user ID] will be created for the user submitting the report, and the report will be stored in the folder.
The "assignment_comment_format.xlsx" contains the submission information for each student.
※Please refer to "Checking Report Submission Status" in this manual for the reports of provisionally registered users.

A faculty student authorization user (Campus Information ID + -learner) is created for each faculty account.
Faculty Student Authorized Users are users for content review, and by enrolling them in courses, they can use the course content in the same way as regular students.
In order to log in as a Student Authorized User for Faculty, you must first set your password using the Change Password function.Note: You will need to set your password again, as it has not been transferred from Scomb.

③Video Distribution URL Enter the URL of the video to be delivered when taking the test. Supported protocols, etc. will be the same as those in the teaching materials.
④Specify The Answer Period Choose whether or not to specify an answer period.

1.How to upload teaching materials
On the "Course TOP" screen, click the pencil icon of the lesson time to upload the materials to move to the "Edit Teaching Material" screen.
On the "Edit Teaching Materials" screen, you can upload teaching materials and edit teaching materials. To add a file as a teaching material, select "File" in ⑤ below and upload the file.
