How to transfer an extension

You can transfer incoming calls to your extension PHS number.There are three types of transfer methods.
1.Unanswered transfer
If the incoming call is not answered within 20 seconds, it will be transferred to the forwarding phone number.
Setting method:
1. From the extension PHS, call 11.
2. When you hear a sound, press the transfer destination phone number.(If the transfer destination is an outside line, add 0 for 0 transmission at the beginning.)。Registration is complete when you hear a beep.
How to release:
From the extension PHS, call 12.Release is complete when you hear a beep.
2.Variable absent transfer
Immediately forward the incoming call to the forwarding phone number.
Setting method:
1. From the extension PHS, call 14.
2. When you hear a sound, press the transfer destination phone number.(If the transfer destination is an outside line, add 0 for 0 transmission at the beginning.)。Registration is complete when you hear a beep.
How to release:
From the extension PHS, call 15.Release is complete when you hear a beep.
3.Incomplete transfer
Transfers an incoming call to the forwarding phone number when the extension PHS is out of reach of radio waves. (Available from the end of January 2021)
Setting method:
1. From the extension PHS, call 18.
2. When you hear a sound, press the transfer destination phone number.(If the transfer destination is an outside line, add 0 for 0 transmission at the beginning.)。Registration is complete when you hear a beep.
How to release:
From the extension PHS, call 19.Release is complete when you hear a beep.
Caller ID notification at the time of transfer
- When an incoming call from an outside line is transferred, the caller ID set in the extension PHS set for transfer is notified.
- When an incoming call from an extension is forwarded, the caller ID set for the extension you made is notified.
