2025/09/01 Implementation of Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) — effective October 1, 2025

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff, 

This is a notice from the Information Innovation Section. 

We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused by the recent incident of unauthorized access that resulted in a personal information leak. 

To strengthen our security measures against unauthorized access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will become mandatory as of October 1, 2025. 
Please review the setup manual below and complete the configuration in advance.

In preparation for the MFA requirement, the ADFS login screen will be partially modified starting today. Please refer to the following guide for usage instructions.
