We will inform you about the opening date of the PC classroom during the winter holiday this year.
Please see the calendar displayed on the top page of the web.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp site.

 

Opening and closing during winter holidays

    December 26, 2019-January 6, 2020 (Closed on weekends and holidays)
  • Self-service opening hours
    09:00 - 17:00
  • Classes subject to opening of self-service rooms
    [Toyosu Campus] PC training room 6, I / O room
    [Omiya Campus] Building 5 Information Processing Classroom, Building 5 Input / Output Room
    [Shibaura Campus] PC training room 3-4, input / output corner
    * Opening conditions vary depending on the day. When using, please check the “Open Calendar”.
    * Opening schedule may change due to maintenance. The latest information will be listed on this page.

    It will not be used after hours or on holidays. (The I / O room will be unlocked 24 hours with a student ID card)

Outside the winter holidays (~ 12/25, 1/7 ~), we will use self-service after hours and holidays.

 

About window service during winter holidays

 

The information system section window is closed during the winter holidays. Paper replenishment and troubled device support are not possible during the period. Please be careful.

Inquiries by e-mail can be made as usual.
Depending on the date and time of your inquiry, it may take several days to a week to reply.

  • About self-service opening
    Please check the following precautions carefully before use.
  1. Each room is locked. You can unlock it by holding your student card over a card reader near the entrance door.
  2. Do not leave the door open. To go outside, turn the thumb turn to unlock.
  3. Please turn on / off the lighting by yourself.
  4. There is no replenishment of paper to the multifunction device, troubleshooting of equipment, or handling of counters.
  5. Please follow the rules for use of the training room (prohibition of bringing in food and drinks, prohibiting nuisance, etc.) as usual.
  6. Do not leave the room after the opening hours, or move or take out chairs, eat or drink or smoke, etc. If such an activity is discovered, we will review the implementation of the self-service room.
  7. Air conditioning stops from December 28 to January 6 in Toyosu. I hope you can use it in clothes that can regulate body temperature.
