2023/07/27 Outage of Various Services during the Summer Term (8/9-14)

The following schedule is for switching the core database of the University and replacing the network equipment.

8/9-14 All day Services that use the core database (subject to change as described below)

8/10 10:00-13:00 (scheduled) All networks inside and outside the university will be shut down.　　　　　　　　　　  *Communication will be restored as soon as the work is completed.

During this period, various services will be unavailable.
Please be advised in advance.

 

【Systems subject to the core database】
　All systems that use on-campus databases

・All administrative systems (approval requests, part-time job management, facility reservations, faculty performance, SGU agenda sheets, etc.)
・All teaching-related systems (S*gsot, grade upload, SIT Station, TALENT, syllabus editing, etc.)
・Source systems

・ScombZ
・Printing by IC card (all MFPs and plotters)
