EES Terms of Service

We have signed Microsoft EES and can use Microsoft products throughout the university.
The qualification, metheds, and prohibited items regarding the software to be used and the usage are as follows.
Please adhere to the rules and use effectively.
| Usage qualification |
This agreement covers the following, howeverm the scope of use will differ depending on the type of software andthe method of provision.
- Faculty and staff：full-time teacher, part-time lecturer, researcher, full-time staff, specific staff, temporary worker, temporary staff
- Student : graduate student, undergraduate student, research student, course student

| Suspension of usage qualifications |
- Faculty and staff：retierment, suspension of work, contract period end
- Student：graduate, expulsion, leave of absence, research and course end

| How to use |
The usage method depends on the usage qualification, the type of software, and the method of providing. |
| Prohibited matter |
- Do not use the acquired installation media etc, other than as licensed.(Only installation is allowed.)
- Do not provide the acquired installation media etc, to a thrid party.
- If the University terminates or terminates the contract, all users must remove the installed software.
※Failure to comply with the prohibitions may result in disposal in accordance with school and work rules. |
| Support |
- Please install at your own risk from the installation media you have obtained.
- We do not provide installation support at the Center for Science Information and libraries. Also, you cannot receive free support from Microsoft.
