We are pleased to announce the release of ScombZ's mobile application, "ScombApp", for iOS and Android!
We hope it will help you to enhance your student life.
Up until now, you had to touch your student ID card at the entrance of the campus to imprint your arrival and departure from school,From now on, please use this app to imprint your ID.(You can also use your student ID card for imprinting. If you do not have a smart phone or have forgotten your smart phone, please use the faculty/staff imprinting machine.)
※Your smartphone must be connected to the campus wireless LAN (SRAS2G/SRAS5G/SRAS-WPA/eduroam).

ScombApp is a smartphone application of ScomZ (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by the Information Network System Department of Shibaura Institute of Technology.

Notes on sharing lecture videos on OneDrive
Lectures on OneDrive can be seen by people outside of SIT.When sharing, depending on the settings "All users" will be able to view the file. In this case、the lecture's URL is not safe because it may leak out to anyone.Make sure to check the method to share the lecture video, and set the password before publishing it.
When sharing, please decide viewing period of the video, or delete the sharing URL.

We have installed a targeted attack prevention system (FireEye/Trellix Email Security) for full-time faculty and administrative staff.
When suspicious e-mails are detected, they are automatically quarantined.
A quarantine notification email is sent at 15:00 daily.
※ Please be sure to check your quarantine e-mail for false positives.
Emails that have been marked as spam can be released from a link in the quarantine notification email.
Quarantined emails are automatically deleted after 14 days.
Please be aware that quarantine notification e-mails may be judged as spam by Gmail.
If frequently false positives occur with a specific e-mail address, please contact the Informational Innovation Section.
Detection omissions can also occur. Please be aware of incoming e-mails on a regular basis.

Category B software is intended for use in classes conducted in PC classrooms and is installed upon application by faculties.
If you wish to install the software on your personal computer, please follow the instructions of your faculty advisor in the class.

Follow these steps to activate Microsoft Defender
※Microsoft Defender cannot be used in conjunction with other anti-virus software such as Sophos Anti-Virus. After uninstalling the existing anti-virus software, follow the steps below to activate it. (Only Microsoft Defender for Endpoint can be used together in passive mode.)
After selecting "Start Menu," select "Settings".
Select "Update and Security" and open "Windows Security." Then select "Prevent viruses and malware".
Click on "Manage Settings" under "Virus and Threat Prevention Settings."Click on the switch button under "Real-Time Protection" to turn it on or off (enable/disable).※If User Account Control appears, click "Yes".
