Register Feedback Comments

The "Feedback Comment Registration" screen allows each student to register his/her evaluation of the assignment, feedback comments, and feedback file. Students can check their registration details immediately after registration.

Reports submitted by students can be downloaded.

Comments registered by the student at the time of submitting the deliverables will be displayed.
③ Evaluation
Evaluation can be given to the reports submitted by the students. (max. 255 characters)
④ Comment
Feedback comments can be typed. (max. 1300 characters)

Feedback files can be uploaded. (max. 50MB per file)

A link to the assignment submission page will appear on the student's TOP screen after the submission period has started. (If the submission start date is set to a date earlier than the current date, it may take up to one minute for the link to appear on the student's screen.)
Clicking the "+" button for an assignment on the "Edit Course TOP" screen will display the "Create New Assignment" screen.

Confirmation of survey operation

The operation check function allows you to simulate the same survey operation as students.
Select "Browse Page" by clicking the button at the top of the "Subjects TOP" screen.
Button color changes from black to white when selected.
Select the three-pointed leader "︙" on the right side of the survey you wish to check the operation of and select [Answer].
After entering your answers, click the "Proceed to Confirmation" button to move to the "Confirmation" screen.
As with the actual survey, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, but you will not be able to click the "Submit" button.

You can delete a registered survey.
Click on the appropriate questionnaireand click [Delete] in the pull-down menu to display a confirmation dialog box.Clicking the "Delete" button in the confirmation dialog will delete the created survey.
※Questionnaires with the title "General Common Questionnaire" are general common questionnaires. You cannot delete the entire common questionnaire.

When commenting on the results of the survey, there are two types of comments: "General Comments" that can be viewed by all respondents, and "Individual Comments" that can be made on an individual student basis.※Comments on individuals cannot be viewed by other students who are enrolled in the course.
1. Overall comments
※The results of the survey must be made public in order for the participant to see the comments, and the participant will be able to view the comments after the survey response period.
1.1 Make a comment (subject administrator)
Select "Comments" from the appropriate questionnaireon the subject TOP (edit page only).
Enter your comment (up to 1300 characters) in the comment field and click the "Register" button.※Questionnaires with "General Questionnaire" in the survey title are general questionnaires. You cannot make comments on the general questionna...

Click the [View] link under "Tables and Graphs" of the questionnaire on the "Edit Subject TOP" screen to display the results of the questionnaire in a table or graph.※ Users whose provisional registration has expired and who have not yet registered for classes are not included in the results.
Only teachers can display clicker (normal and simple) results in real time.
After the start date of the results release, the results can be displayed on the student's results confirmation screen.In order to display the results, you must set [Survey Results Public] to Public on the Edit Survey screen.The format of the table displayed will follow the content specified when creating the survey questions.

How to submit an assignment

This function presents assignments to students and requires them to submit reports. You can set due dates, check the status of submissions, and provide feedback.
*The maximum size of report files that can be submitted by students is 50 MB per file.

1.Download zip format
From the course details page, click on "Check Submission Status" for the assignment for which you wish to provide feedback.
Click on "Download zip format" in the "Comments, Ratings and Feedback Files" section.
2.Checking downloaded filesAfter unzipping the downloaded file, you will find three files and a folder.

Scomb is the University's portal site. It is used for various purposes such as news, calls, class cancellation information, timetables, assignment submissions, and research activities. Please be sure to access Scomb every day.
1.Access the "Scomb portal site" on your computer or smartphone.

In ScombZ, You can not browse the old files, questionnaires, tests, etc, that you submitted until FY2021.You can also not available the direct links for former scomb (e.g. URL on the transfered notification mails).
In this case, you are supposed to access former Scomb.
1.To confirm the exercises, tests, questionnaires, etc that submitted on former Scomb
1.1 Access to the class on LMS on ScombZ and click the link located on "Online class information".* the functions of LMS has been moved to ScombZ.
1.2 You can access to LMS on former Scomb and confirm your files.
2.To confirm Scomb notifications (and attached files) from mails
2.1 Click the link for former Scomb on ScombZ.
2.2 Confirm that you login former Scomb successful once.

※ Once the submission has started, you can edit the start date and time of the posting period, the submission method, and the publication date and time. The "Open to" section cannot be edited.
