Try wiring directly from the information outlet in the laboratory to one computer and connecting to a network.
1. If you can connect
・ HUB is hung up
・ HUB looped between hubs
・ The network card of the computer connected to the hub is defective.
Many of them may be caused by HUBs installed in the laboratory. First, try restarting the HUB power supply.
If you have looped HUBs, you can connect to the network by connecting the wires normally.
* If the hub is not the cause, the computer network card is suspect. Connect one computer to one HUB and identify the defective computer.
2. If you can't connect
The switch port connected to the laboratory may not be connected for some reason. Please contact the Information System Division.
