Adobe ETLA

The University has concluded an Adobe ETLA (Comprehensive License Agreement for Higher Education Institutions).
This allows us to use the Creative Cloud series on our personal computers as well as computers installed and managed on campus.
* Starting April 1, 2021, the license for teachers will be changed, and Adobe ETLA products installed before the 2020 academic year must be uninstalled and reinstalled according to the installation guide below.

- Students of the University
- Full-time faculty and part-time lecturers of the university
- Full-time and temporary staff of the university

Application for use
|
You need to apply for use from AMI .
* It takes 1 to 2 hours from the completion of AMI application to the reflection in Adobe. * Please use SRASVPN connection before accessing the AMI .
* If the application has not been submitted or is not reflected, the following error screen will be displayed.

Personal licenses for students and faculty are different.
- Student
1.Installable PC Can be installed on up to one personally-owned PC. * If you have two PCs installed, such as a home desktop and a laptop, uninstall one of them. 2.Available period Enrolled (subject to change depending on your contract with Adobe)
* If you have already signed up for a personal account with a university email address, please contact Adobe directlyfor more information.
- faculty
1.Installable PC Up to two computers can be installed. However, up to one personally-owned PC can be installed. Only one PC can be used simultaneously. PC owned by the university + PC owned by the university -> OK PC owned by the university + Personally owned PC -> OK Personally owned PC + Personally owned PC -> NG
2.Available period (in a) registry(Subject to change depending on your contract with Adobe)
* Part-time faculty members may only use the system for classes.
- Shared Device License
If more than one student uses one PC in a laboratory, a shared device license is required for installation. If you would like to use a shared device license, please contact the Information System Division.
