Dear User
This is the Information System Division.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to students, faculty, and staff as they have been experiencing difficulty connecting to ScombZ or not being able to connect since around 9:00 yesterday morning, April 11 (Monday).
An investigation was conducted by the ScombZ developer, and it was found that the number of accesses has increased, resulting in a situation of insufficient resources.
We have identified several methods of accessing the database that contribute to this situation and have taken the following measures.
*This is a temporary measure.
Support for hiding notices (personal, LMS, community)
Various notices displayed on the portal home page, including personal notices, will be hidden.
For this reason, we ask all users to check the email forwarded to you as a notification.
*The URL listed in the e-mail can be accessed.
Support for hiding information on class cancellations
Class cancellations and other class information displayed on the calendar in the portal home will be hidden.
Users will be able to check the information of cancelled classes by clicking "Schedule" in the timetable displayed by clicking "LMS".
In addition to the above measures, additional resources will be added based on the number of accesses today to avoid resource shortages.
We expect that the shortage of resources will have improved considerably by today, Tuesday, April 12, but depending on the situation, we may need to add more resources on an emergency basis.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.
