We will inform you about the opening schedule of the PC classroom during the center examination period this year.

Opening and closing rooms for conducting center tests
Due to the ban on entering the school building due to the implementation of the center test, the opening schedule and opening hours of the PC classroom and input / output room on the following target dates will be changed.

Please note that the opening schedule and opening hours may change depending on the entry ban, so please check the latest information.

Opening and closing during winter holidays

• Target period
  December 26, 2019-January 6, 2020 (Closed on weekends and holidays)
• Self-service opening hours
  09:00 - 17:00
• Classes subject to opening of self-service rooms

  It will not be used after hours or on holidays. (The I / O room will be unlocked 24 hours with a student ID card)

Outside the winter holidays (~ 12/25, 1/7 ~), we will use self-service after hours and holidays.

About window service during winter holidays

The information system section window is closed during the winter holidays. Paper replenishment and troubled device support are not possible during the period. Please be careful.

Inquiries by e-mail can be made as usual.
Depending on the date and time of your inquiry, it may take several days to a week to reply.

• About self-service opening
  Please check the following precautions carefully before use.

1. Each room is locked. You can unlock it by holding your student card over a card reader near the entrance door.
2. Do not leave the door open. To go outside, turn the thumb turn to unlock.
3. Please turn on / off the lighting by yourself.
4. There is no replenishment of paper to the multifunction device, troubleshooting of equipment, or handling of counters.
5. Please follow the rules for use of the training room (prohibition of bringing in food and drinks, prohibiting nuisance, etc.) as usual.
6. Do not leave the room after the opening hours, or move or take out chairs, eat or drink or smoke, etc. If such an activity is discovered, we will review the implementation of the self-service room.
7. Air conditioning stops from December 28 to January 6 in Toyosu. I hope you can use it in clothes that can regulate body temperature.

From around 11:00 2019/11/21, troubles occurred in the SRAS wireless LAN on the Toyosu and Shibaura campuses.

The digital certificate used for SRAS VPN, SRAS wireless LAN, and authentication server will expire soon.

Therefore, we will switch to a new certificate on the following schedule.

There is no need to change the connection settings, but an authentication screen or confirmation message may appear.

If you see a confirmation message, make sure your fingerprint is correct before connecting.

The new fingerprints are:

Kakunin no messēji ga hyōji sa reta baai wa, boin (Fingerprint) ga chigatte inai ka o go kakunin no ue, setsuzoku shite kudasai. Kakunin gamen-tō ga hyōji sa rezu, setsuzoku ga dekinai baai wa, otesūdesuga settei o sakujo shi, saido settei o onegai itashimasu.
If a confirmation message is displayed, check that the fingerprint is correct before connecting.

If the confirmation screen is not displayed and connection is not possible, please delete the settings and try again.

Around 9:45 to 11:00, there was a failure in the wireless LAN on the Omiya campus.

We will inform you about the opening schedule of the PC room during the Shibaura Festival.

Self service opening hours are from 9: 00-17: 00. There is no window correspondence or paper replenishment.
The I / O room can be used 24 hours a day. (Excluding Building 2)

Currently, some services using the campus mail server have failed.

The cause is currently under investigation.

One disk of the directory server for the mail server overflows

• Cannot connect to mail server due to authentication error
• Mail delivery error due to new user information not being communicated

I ’m sorry for the inconvenience to the users.

With the expectation that Windows7 manufacturer support will end, Windows 10 will be added as a boot OS in the PC classroom environment from October 1st.

In order to avoid confusion due to sudden changes, the trial period of Windows 10 will be set for FY2019, and parallel operation will be performed by selecting the OS from the startup menu.

The details are as follows.

• efault startup is Windows7
• When switching OS, reboot and select from boot menu
• Windows10 edition is Education
• For the trial period to the last, the software that can be put in Windows 10 is the minimum
• Only PC classrooms will be implemented, and only Windows 7 will be activated at general classrooms.
