I can't use Adobe.

First of all, please check if you can log in with your academic account.
The method is described on this page.

If you are logged in with your academic account but get a trial version, please try the following methods to clear the account information remaining on your computer.

1. Log out if you are logged in with Adobe Creative Cloud
2. PC restart
3. Log in to Adobe Creative Cloud
4. Confirm that the display is not the trial version

If you continue to be unable to use the above method after trying it,
please refer to this installation guide and try the installation again.
