Understand the following precautions and use the output device correctly.
Some printers are not available to studentsDepending on the location, such as the secretariat, students may not be allowed to use it.
Do not use for private purposesPrinters, plotters, and multifunction devices are being introduced for academic research purposes.Please refrain from using it outside of classes, research, or work.Please refrain from printing a lot of flyers for clubs and circles.
Point system for printing and copyingThe printing is the point system except for black and white printing of some students. For details, check "Print・Consumption Points".
Cannot print if you forget your student ID or staff IDThe printing system cannot be printed if you forget your student ID and staff ID. Don't forget to carry it.

You cannot print unless the IC card has been charged print points in case of print on the pc room printing device.(If you are a faculty member you need to allocate a budget.)
Students have been allocated 10000 points to compensate for printing errors and other problems upon admission. Faculty members have been allocated budget items. (If there is no assignment, ask a budget manager)

A network connection approval form is issued when the information system staff completes connection to the information outlet, DNS, switch, and registration.IP address is automatically assigned by DHCP in the IP address range of 201 to 232 assigned to the laboratory by DHCP spool ON setting (from new network application after April 2019), and the computer is connected to SITNET (on-campus network) when connected to an information outlet written in the approval form.It is also possible to assign one IP address at a time without using DHCP.
*DHCP spool setting is OFF for applications before April 2019.You can set it ON by yourself from Infoblox.

Currently, when spam emails are detected and quarantined in the email security system, quarantine notification emails are sent once a week (Monday at 0 o'clock). Because it has occurred, the notification interval will be changed every day (15:00).
The spam quarantine enable / disable setting can be changed from AMI Settings Change-> Spam Protection.
