Network error is an error that occurs when normal communication with the server is not possible.
The following causes are possible, so please try each one.
1.Connest to VPN
If you do not seem to be connected to VPN, please connect to VPN and try again.
2.Manually enter the ShareFolders address
If you are copying and pasting the address of the ShareFolders from the AMI or manual,
please try manually instead of copying.
(copy and paste may not work due to the character code)
Also, try handing out the address in Explorer instead of assinging a network drive.
3.Turn off the security software once
The connection to the ShareFolders may be blocked by the security software running on your PC,
so please turn off the security software for a day before you try.
4.Change the VPN connection method
If you are currently connected with GlobalProtect, please try another connection method such as SSTP and try the above procedure again.
