About the implementation of measures to take seats

Center for Science Information implement "Taking seats" measures from April 1 (Fri), 2005.

"Computer lock*1" for over 20 minutes、"Occupied by luggage" for a long time is judged as "Taking seats" act,and we carry out "Automatic logoff*2", "collection of baggage".

If you leave your seat for a long time, be sure to log off and carry your luggage away.

 

 

Purpose

 

We carry out for the purpose of the following effects.

Prevent theft By implementing “Taking seats” measures, we can reduce the neglect of luggage and prevent theft.
Prevent exclusive use Prevents the exclusive use of the PC practice room computer, which has a limited number.
Secure the number of classes used Prevent "Taking seats" and allow students to take classes.

 

 

Computer lock countermeasure procedure

 

１．Check "Computer Lock" for more than 20 minutes.
２．Confirm the site.
３．Execute "automatic log off".
４．Collected leftover baggage as "forgotten" in the Office of Center for Science Information.
５．Lost items without pick-up will be transferred to the student office at 10:00 the next morning.

 

 

Measures for occupancy of the seat by luggage

 

１．Confirm the site.
２．Check the leaving time.
３．We collect leftover baggage more than 20 minutes as "forgotten" to the Office of Center for Science Information.
