User ID Notification Form (Part-time Instructor)

A notification letter provides you with a URL to register for an account or email address and an initial password that identifies you as an individual on the SIC's services.
From September 2021, faculty will no longer receive a password notification letter, but will receive a user ID notification letter. |
Target | part-time lecturer |
Purpose | Enabling students to register passwords for the SIC's service from their homes without having to go to the university. |
time of issue | Part-time lecturers will be given an IC card (staff ID card) and a user ID notice from the Human Resources Department when they start working. (From the 2020 academic year) |
