【Notification of maintenance】

For stable operation of the Scomb server, maintenance will be performed at the following times.

　　Monday,  June 15th from 20:00 to 22:00
       Tuesday, June 30th from 20:00 to 22:00
       Monday,  July 20th from 20:00 to 22:00

During maintenance, session disconnection and temporary screen display failure may occur. Please do not submit the report or answer the test or questionnaire during this period.

At the following times, there were system failure such as not being displayed, not being sent, and displaying a portrait error.

In the process of developing problem to numerous participating communities,
Deployment of subsequent problem has stopped because you exceeded the deployment workspace in the server.

Resumes the stopped deployment process. It disappeared around 16:00 today.

【Periodic Maintenance Notice】

For stable operation of Scomb server, maintenance will be performed every day during the following time period during lunch break.

　　12:40 - 13:00

During maintenance, sessions may be disconnected and the screen may be temporarily unavailable. Please do not submit any reports or answer any tests or questionnaires during this time.

Wednesday, May 13, 2020, 19:00-21:00 (tentative)

During maintenance, the maintenance screen may be displayed, the session may be intermittently disconnected, or the display may not be performed properly. Please do not add any content or other work.

This is Information Systems Division.

When classes begin, a large number of users will be using Scomb at the same time.
When access is concentrated, Scomb's response time slows down.

In order to reduce congestion as much as possible, please do the following:

・Please access Scomb well in advance, not just before the start of the class.
　→It is expected to be crowded around 9:00am and during the recess hours.
　　It is recommended that you display the LMS of the next course you are going to take in advance.

・Please download the class materials for the day in advance.
　→ Even if Scomb doesn't respond well, you can still refer back to what you've downloaded.

・Please bookmark the LMS for the courses you are taking.
　→Even if you can't see the timetable in Scomb, you can still access the LMS directly.

・Please bookmark the Zoom URLs for the courses you are taking.
　→Even if you can't see the notification on Scomb,
　　you will have direct access to the Zoom meetings.

・When you press the link, please wait one minute for a response.
　→Since your requests are processed sequentially,
　　if you press the button several times, you will get a processing.
　　In particular, the top page of the LMS that appears after you press the name of the course in the timetable may take some time to display.

・Answering tests, questionnaires, and submitting assignments will take more time.
　→It may take a minute or two to register the data.
　　Even if there is no response, try to wait for about two minutes.

・Please submit your report well in advance.
　→There are many reports that are due at 9:00am or 17:00pm,
　　so this will take some time to register.
　　Try to avoid submitting at that time as possible.
