Before retiring, please refer to this page about continuing and stopping the service of the Academic Information Center and returning your PHS.

The system-related annual update work is scheduled for the following schedule.

• Graduate School: From the morning of March 23, 2020 (Monday)
  Faculty: Tuesday, March 24, 2020, afternoon

With this annual renewal, your account at the Center for Science Information
will be suspended,
Alumni in 2019 will not be able to use the services provided by the Academic Information Center. (Excluding Gmail)

Data stored on MyVolume for graduates and graduates will be deleted after account suspension.
Please back up necessary data by yourself by the day before the annual update.
After the account has been suspended, access to data, etc. cannot be performed.

From around 2020/02/12 15:50, part of the e-mail sent from off-campus has been delayed.

Some delayed emails have [Not Scanned] added to the subject line. This email is not fully quarantined by the email quarantine system. Be careful when opening it, as it may contain suspicious emails such as viruses.

Microsoft's support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020.

In the PC classroom, we have been operating Windows 10 in parallel since October last year, but will change to Windows 10 only operation by 2020.

Details on OS changes are as follows.

• The PC classroom OS will be changed to Windows10 from February 15. (The general classroom lecture table is scheduled for February 17)
• The period until the end of March is the confirmation period for the software used in the next class and the investigation of defects in general behavior
• Install software that has been approved by the Academic Information Center as A / B / C classification software in principle.
  (The software may not be installed because it does not work on Windows 10 in our environment)
  Windows 10 installation software list
• Software versions available in 2020 may be updated at any time due to license / software updates in the next year
  In addition, the Windows7 installation media lent to the library and each subject room will be collected.

For installation of Windows10, please check Microsoft EES OS (campus network only) of site license software.

From 2/1 to 2/2, SIT Portfolio / S * gsot will be maintained. During this period, you cannot connect to the server intermittently. Please note.

With this maintenance, the authentication method will be changed from UNIX password to ADFS authentication. The username and password will be the same as SCOMB.
Also, the URL will be changed. If you have bookmarked, please reset it.

In addition, the following functions on S * gsot will be terminated according to this maintenance.

Creating a course plan (for electronic information systems department)
The service is terminated because the specifications are old and do not work on Windows10.

List of published tests, reports, and class materials
The service will be terminated due to very low utilization.

If you want to save the data of the above termination service, please check "Connect to old server" when logging in to S * gsot as shown below, and then log in. The old server here is still authenticated with the UNIX password. It will be available until 2/29.
