Delete questionnaire

You can delete the registered questionnaire.

When you click the [Delete] link in [Operation] of the questionnaire on the [Edit Course TOP] screen, a confirmation dialog will be displayed.
Click the [Delete] button in the confirmation dialog to delete the created questionnaire.

※    Questionnaires with the title "General questionnaire" are general questionnaires.
        It is not possible to delete the general questionnaire.
