How to manually set the IP address (MacOS)

1. Click the "Apple mark" in the upper left corner of the screen, and the Apple menu will be displayed.
2. In the "System Preferences" window, click "Network" in it.
3. You'll see the network you're connected to and click on "Details" at the bottom right of the window.
4. Select [TCP/IP] from the top tab menu and click the [IPv4 Settings] selection.
5. When you see a few choices, click on "Enter manually".
6. When the input items are displayed, select the appropriate one for your network environment and click "OK".
7. Click "Apply" at the bottom right of the window.

Please connect SRAS VPN(GrobalProtect).
Enter the AMI URL in the address field and press the "Enter" key.

This describes how to change the language displayed on your computer in the PC room.
Open "Settings" from Start Menu and select "Time & Language".
In the "Language" tab, change "Language displayed on Windows" to English.
Sign out to change to new language. When You sign in again, it's already changed to English.
* The following software is automatically set to English.

* For those who want to change keyboard settings
Changing the displayed language does not change the keyboard settings. Another operation is required.
Open Settings from Start Menu and select "Devices".
On the Input tab, select "Advanced Keyboard Settings".
Change the language list to English.

Click "Window" at the bottom left of the screen, then click "Settings".
Click "Network and Internet" → "Change adapter options".
Click "Ethernet".
Click "Properties".
Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4)" and click "Properties".
Select "Use the following IP address" or "Use the following DNS server address" and specify any value.
Then click "OK".
Click the "Details" button to display the IP address you set.
Close the windows and the setting is completed.

This is a way to share the host's (teacher's) PC screen and PC sound during an online class (meeting).
1. When you click the "Share Screen" icon, the screen to select the window you want to share will be displayed.
2. Click the window where you are playing the DVD or video you want to play, and then click "Share Computer Audio" at the bottom left of the window.
3. If you click the "Share" button at the bottom right, the window and the sound will be shared.
4. To stop the screen sharing, click "Stop Screen Sharing" again.

You can sign in with single sign-on (SSO) with ADFS.

You can save the recorded data in the cloud if you have the educational licenses. Please use downloading the recorded data not to leave it in the cloud because the shared data uses 0.5GB×the number of users. Plese use MicrosoftStream how to publish the recorded data.
