On-demand Print System(SUICAPRIN)
Updated 2021/06/22
The on-demand print system (SUICAPRIN: SIT User Identification CArd PRINting system) is our system that prints on-demand by placing your IC card (student ID / teacher ID) on the rider of the printing machine (printer, plotter, multifunction machine) managed by SIT Center for Science Information.
You can send print jobs to the print server from any PC connected to the laboratory network and campus network such as SRAS, as well as in the PC rooms. It is possible to print on-demand from any printing machines in the PC rooms, input / output room, clerk center, etc. You can also use the multifunction device to make a copy, and use the multifunction device scanner to send the scan data to "MyVolume" or your own email address.

Printers, plotters and multi-function peripherals have been introduced for academic research purposes.
Please refrain from using it for anything other than classes, research, or work.

Other than black-and-white printing for some students, it is a point system. For details, please refer to "print point". - Cannot print if you forget your student ID or staff ID
The printing system cannot print if you forget your student ID or staff ID. Don't forget to carry it. - Cannot print when the room is closed
If the PC training room, office room, or clerk center is closed, you cannot print with the printing machine in that room.
The printing machines installed in the I / O room and the corridors in front of the clerk center are available 24 hours a day. However, we cannot deal with problems such as paper jams. - Depends on the operation of the SIT Center for Science Information
You cannot print, copy, or scan during troubles or maintenance of the printing system.
Also, it may be necessary to reinstall the printer driver due to device replacement. - Print jobs disappear after a certain amount of time
Print jobs sent to the print server are automatically deleted after a certain period of time (3 hours). - When printing from a personal or laboratory PC, it is necessary to set the PC to print.
See "Printing from a laboratory or personal PC". - About available paper
Printer paper is prepared by the SIT Center for Science Information or the department. If you run out of paper, please contact each section.
(The types of paper provided are limited. Please prepare other papers.)
Please prepare your own plotter paper or manual printer for printing.
When purchasing, please purchase the printer / plotter dedicated paper. Using other than a predetermined paper may cause a malfunction. - Usage history (access log)
