Unfortunately there is no definitive way to get rid of spam .
For mobile phone email addresses, there is a way to change the email address frequently. But, You can not change the e-mail address given by Center for Science Information.
Although not very realistic, in order not to further increase the number of spams, there are the following methods as a minimum measure.

  • Never reply to spam emails.
  • Do not access URLs written in spam.
  • Do not write email addresses on other websites.
  • Do not write your email address on your homepage.
  • Tell your email address only to close people.
  • Prepare an alias address (email address that can be discarded anytime).

Why is spam sent to you

It arrived because the email address that spam senders sent in large numbers happened to have your address.

  • What filled out an e-mail address in a questionnaire such as a website leaks for some reason
