Cannot access Assignment submission folder (ShareFolders)

I tried to access ”ShareFolders", but after repeatedly entering the password, the message "Your password is incorrect" or "User account does not have access to ShareFolders" appears. And inaccessible.
Please check "ShareFolders" user name and password.
