I can't receive e-mails with addresses starting with "i" (adjunct and part-time teacher)

In order to receive e-mails from addresses starting with "i", it need to set up your Gmail account.
Please click here (guide of Initial setup of Gmail).
At first log in to Gmail.
Unable to select the sender -> Please set up from ① in the manual above.
If you have a name address, please set it from (4).
