- First, check the queue name and host name
Especially for Kyocera, you may have forgotten to write the host name (spl3.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp) and queue name (KX_Student ID) when setting up, or you may have entered the student ID number in upper case.
You can log in to the Gakujyutsu PC with your student ID number capitalized, but the printers will not work properly.
((In the print job list, jobs with the student ID number capitalized will appear in red bold type, so check it out.) - Delete & reconfigure printer settings for now
Delete the registered printer settings and set them again according to the manual of the academic affairs.
If you get a port-related error here, try deleting the printer's port settings. - If your antivirus software is misbehaving
