When you install a software with ISO in Windows, you may fail to open ISO file with double-click.
In this case, right-click the ISO file and select "Mount".
※Before execute the installer, please make sure that the installer is suitable for your device like target OS.
When you install specific software on macOS, the warning "System Extension Blocked" may display and installation or execution may fail.
If the warning occurs in an appplication provided by SIC or a class, you can continue to install and run in the following ways.
* If it occurs with software that you have downloaded yourself, install it at your own risk.
1. Open "System Preferences" and click "Security & Privacy".
2. Click the key icon to certificate your account.
3. Click "Allow" button.
The application required by AMI to use MATLAB is to apply for an "Gakunin" account.
Please follow the instructions below to download and install the software after you apply for Gakunin account

If you have applied for a "Gakunin" account before and have forgotten your Gakunin password, log in to AMI and change your password by clicking "Change Password→Gakunin" in the menu on the left.
First of all, please try to use "Private Browse" mode or another web browser.
If the issue solve in this way, please clear caches in your browser to avoid crash.
If the issue does not solve, we recommend to ask for the teacher of the class.
(We may not be able to answer questions about usage of each software.)
The Windows profile may be damaged.
Please request renaming of the profile at the information system section near you.
SolidWorks is classified as C category software that is distributed and installed by designated departments for use in PC classroom classes.
You can only download and use the department you have applied for.
In addition, SolidWorks purchased at the University is an educational version, but it is a license limited to use of classes and creation of assignments.
Use for commercial and research purposes is a license violation and cannot be used.
For research use, purchase of SOLIDWORKS Research edition (for educational institutions) is required.
Any problems related to the installation of SolidWorks on a personal computer are at your own risk. The Center for Science Information does not support this service. If you wish to install this system, please consult with your class teacher first.
The University (Center for Information Center) has a site license agreement with Sophos to use Sophos Anti-Virus.

Follow the steps in the link above to install Sophos, then the third-party security software will be automatically uninstalled.
However, some security software (McAfee, VirusBuster, Norton, etc.) will not be automatically uninstalled by this program. Therefore, please note that you need to uninstall these security software before installing Sophos.
We have confirmed that some sites related to site licensed software cannot be displayed even if you connect using the Windows VPN function, depending on your environment.
In this case, I would like you to try the following method.

If you connect to a VPN with GlobalProtect, this may solve the problem, please try it.

I suspect that the problem is that IPv6 is enabled.
From the following URL, after downloading "Disable IPv6 on non-tunnel interface (excluding loopback) and IPv6 tunnel interface", execute it, restart Windows, and then try again with VPN connection. Please try it.

Center for Science Information have contracted major software site license. In addition the Academic Information Center guarantees that current SIT students and teachers install the site license software on computers owned by individuals and laboratories.
Please confirm and understand the precautions before installing.
