Your personal Adobe ID seems to be memorized in your PC.
Please delete the history of your web browser or delete the Adobe related list in the "Web Credentials".

• Delete the chrome history

Click "...(vertical)" in the upper right corner of Google Chrome, then click "Settings".
Click "Delete Browsing History Data" in the "Privacy and Security" section of the settings screen, check "Passwords and other login data" and "Auto-fill form data" and click "Delete Data".

• Web credentials

Open the Control Panel by typing "Control" from the search for magnifying glass next to the Start menu in Windows 10.

Change the display method in the upper right corner of the control panel to "Large Icons".
Double-click on the credentials manager to open it.

If there are any items with "adobe" in the "Web credentials" section, please delete them.

Please restart your PC and go to

again to check the situation.

First, apply for SRAS wireless LAN with AMI.

Please read the “SRAS Wireless LAN” page and refer to the manual in the guide column to set up your computer or smartphone.

* Please access the AMI from the campus network. You can use computers on PC rooms or I/O rooms. Also you can access the AMI via SRAS VPN with "GlobalProtect" app.

Please refer to the installation guide on this page to download the driver, install it, and set it up in that order.

Please note that the most popular printer on campus is the Kyocera TASKalfa 5052ci(J) KX.

If you are using a laptop and your wireless LAN is disconnected, please check the following.

 1. Reinstall the network adapter driver
 2. Disabling power saving settings on network devices
 3. Temporarily deactivate your security software.

A nearby wireless LAN access point may be malfunctioning. Please let us know where the problem is.
Investigate and restore the AP.

You can edit a class (meeting) that is already booked.
You can edit an existing class (meeting) that has already been booked.

How to Join a Non-University User

This is a method of providing guest wireless LAN to those who visit universities from outside the university for joint research.

Teachers can issue accounts to guests.
You can issue up to 10 accounts from the teacher's AMI.
Those published will not be able to connect to campus networks like eduroam.
