Regarding MyVolume address, it will change when your campus change.
Please check MyVolume address as it is written on the AMI.
In this address change, your data in MyVolume has no change.
An SRAS VPN  connention is required to connect to the AMI.

Try wiring directly from the information outlet in the laboratory to one computer and connecting to a network.

1. If you can connect
・ HUB is hung up
・ HUB looped between hubs
・ The network card of the computer connected to the hub is defective.

Many of them may be caused by HUBs installed in the laboratory. First, try restarting the HUB power supply.
If you have looped HUBs, you can connect to the network by connecting the wires normally.
* If the hub is not the cause, the computer network card is suspect. Connect one computer to one HUB and identify the defective computer.

2. If you can't connect

The switch port connected to the laboratory may not be connected for some reason. Please contact the Information System Division.

Please check the following two points.

・You must be connected to SRAS VPN.
・Browser must be Internet Explorer (* Support for Windows 10 will end on June 15, 2022.) or Firefox.

If you are still experiencing the same problem, please try the following

・Clear the browser cache.
・Use of Private Window

You can log on by registering your password and expiration date in "Academic Windows (SIC)" at AMI (OW).

Others can view and edit your Google Drive only in the following two cases.

• You shared the folder with someone = You allow others to view and edit your folders and files.
• You was shared the folder by someone = You can view and edit other people's folders and files.

In the case of assignment submission, it is assumed that the faculty member is setting the folder. However, if there is a possibility that another person has accessed, urgently check the following.

1．Click on a file that may have been accessed → select "Show File Location".
　  ※ If "Display file location" is grayed out, there is no problem.

2．Check the path below "Search in Drive"
　  ●「My Drive > Classroom > ...」　→　In this case, the teacher may have made a mistake in setting folder sharing. Please contact the teacher.

　  ●「My Drive > ....」　→　In this case, you are sharing the folder yourself with someone else. Please cancel the sharing setting.

　  ●「Shared Items > ....」　→　In this case, someone else has shared the folder with you. No one else can access your My Drive.

Please confirm that your PC is connected to SRAS VPN and you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer (* Support for Windows 10 will end on June 15, 2022.) .

When you accesss S*gsot, please enter your ID and password.
ID：student number
Password：Windows / ADFS password

If  "S*gsot supports the following browsers" is displayed,
download & install Firefox from URL as below, and access S*gsot using Firefox.

If the correct input is made and you are still unable to log in, clear the browser cache or restart the PC.
*For information on how to clear the cache, search for "firefox" + "cache clear".

You can connect to the university network via SRAS VPN from your home. For more detail, please read the “SRAS VPN (Virtual Private Network)” page and set up your computer (smartphone) referring to the manual in the guide column.

 When you use the VPN, you have to apply for SRAS VPN with AMI first (except connecting via GlobalProtect).

If you can't see a specific page even though you are connected, refer to "Cannot see S * gsot (Windows10)".

* AMI requires to access from the campus network.

When it do not advance earlier with being communicating, you change the browser of the errand to Firefox, and please try it.
You install downloading & from the following, and please access S*gsot from Firefox.

When you use Firefox, please revise it in latest Firefox.

Please ask the instructor who is in charge of the lesson and ask for recording and distribution.
You can also use Zoom on your smartphone, so if you have plenty of data communication, you can also join using a mobile line.
