Online classes with Zoom

We have been using Zoom as a tool to conduct our online classes, please check out how to use Zoom and the online class flow.

1. How to sign in to Zoom

1. Sign in from Scomb

2. Sign in from the Zoom site

3. Sign in from the Zoom app

2. How to create an online class (meeting) schedule

3. Instructions for contacting students via Scomb with the URL of an online class

Flow of online classes using Zoom

(2 to 3 days in advance)

1.Sign in to Zoom and schedule (reserve) a class (meeting)

2.Notification of meeting IDs to students via Scomb announcements

(That day)

1.Sign in to Zoom and start the meeting.

 
(1 hour after end)

1.Sign in to Zoom and download cloud-recorded data.

 (Upload recording data to Stream)

1.Log in to Microsoft Stream and upload your recordings.

2.Notify students of the URL of the recorded data from the Scomb announcement.
