Matlab Stand-alone License for personal use (teachers and students)

Beginning in 2019, both teachers and students can register for MathWorks Accounts, apply for a stand-alone license and use MATLAB / Simulink in an offline environment, such as at home or on a business trip. (Requires Gakunin account)

Teachers and staff who belong to the university (Full-time teachers, Non-full-time teachers, Postdoctoral Researcher, Full-time staff, etc.).
All students who belong to our university (undergraduate students, postgraduate students, etc.), not including students who have graduated from the university. |

Can be used with only one PC at all locations off campus (home, business trips around the world, etc. Can be used in offline environment) |

License expiration date

By the end of the year you applied (when TAH license agreement ends)
If you want to continue using the product in the next year, you will need to issue a license with MathWorks Account again.

Install manual
|
- If you don't activate Gakunin system, go to AMI
  and activate Gakunin system. (How to activate Gakunin system: here)
- Go to SIT portal site of MATLAB (here ) and login with Gakunin user name and password.
After that, create a MathWorks account if you do not have the account. You must use "SIT mail address" as your user name.
- When you sign in to your Mathworks account, you will be able to view My Page. (The University license is automatically associated)
Download a installer. You can also manage registered terminals at the page.
- You will be asked to enter your Mathworks account and Gakunin account during the product installation.

Cautions
|
- You can install a product that has only one machine for your Mathworks account linked with Gakunin. If you want to change the machine, please deactivate the activated machine from your Mathworks account.
- Commercial use of this license is prohibited by the license agreement.
- It cannot be used by anyone other than the applicant. Please manage the license at your own risk.
- If the installed device is lost, please contact Center for Science Information immediately.
- You must agree to the MathWorks Privacy Policy when applying for a Mathworks account.
