The message "The value for the registry is invalid" is displayed and the png or jpeg file cannot be opened.
This phenomenon can be fixed by associating the file with an application called "Photo" in the following way.
1.Right-click the file with the white icon and click "Properties" displayed at the bottom.
2.Click the "Change" button to the right of "Program:" in the "General" tab
3.Click "Other apps ↓ (light blue)" at the bottom of the displayed window
4.Scroll down the window, click "Photos" and click "OK"

However, depending on the version of Windows, there have been several reports of users being unable to connect to the download server from Explorer. As one remedy, please refer to the following steps.
1) Search for "Credential Manager" from the search tab in the lower left corner, and open it.
2) Select "Add a windows credential".
3) Enter your information.
