Get ready for class!

At Shibaura Institute of Technology, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required for nearly all university systems.
This section explains the services related to classes and how to login using MFA.

ScombZ

University announcements are primarily posted in the “Announcements” section of the ScombZ portal.
Additionally, announcements posted on ScombZ are also sent via email.
This guide explains how to set up multi-factor authentication and log in to ScombZ, as well as how to access the new student site (community) within ScombZ and check announcements.

Zoom

We use Zoom not only for remote classes but also for screen sharing.
Since it is a tool widely used in classes these days, make sure you know how to use it.

Viewing Lecture Videos

Since Shibaura Institute of Technology recommends that faculty use Microsoft Stream to publish lecture videos, this section explains how to view videos published on Microsoft Stream.
