If your office support terminal is not working properly and the profile may be corrupted, you will need to clear the profile.
Please refer to the following for the items whose settings will be initialized after the profile is cleared and how to back them up.
■edge favorites
Left-click the "☆" on the right side of the address field
→Left-click on the "..." button at
→Click on "Export Favorites".
→Save the file to the Z: drive.
After clearing the profile and starting up the PC, do the same thing and click "Import Favorites". →Import the saved favorites.
■edge password
Left-click on "..." on the right side of the address field.
→Left-click on "Password".
→In the "Saved Passwords" section, left-click the "..." button on the right side.
→Click on "Export Password".
→If you are prompted to enter the windows password, click "Other".
→Click on your name.
→Enter the windows password (same password as scomb)
→Save to drive Z:.
The file will be saved in csv format, so after starting up the PC, re-register while referring to the file.
■Dictionary tool (registration of words)
Start the dictionary tool and display
C:\Users\i~\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\IME\15.0\IMEJP\UserDict\imjp15cu.dic
Copy the file to the Z: drive and then copy it back to the original location after clearing the profile.
■Outlook signature field settings
After clearing the profile, make the settings again.
