The email address used for Adobe ETLA (Enterprise Term License Agreement) is
[student ID@sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp].

If you are using the address [student ID@shibaura-it.ac.jp] and you want to use Adobe ETLA, please cancel your subscription.
After that, please check the following page before using it.

When you do this, be sure to select "Company or School Account" in your account selection.

Because I signed up for  Adobe account using my college e-mail adress by myself before, I couldn't log in with my college account. 

There is no problem in itself.

 How to check whether you successfully logged in with Adobe ELTA. 

You can check whether you logged in with your persomnal college account by followig the step below.

１.Please access to "https://account.adobe.com/".

２.You can see the followig profile page.

•  "[your student number]@sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp" is displayed in the Profile.
  ※ You need "sic" between @ and shibaura-it.ac.jp.
• "Adobe for Enterprise" is displayed.

Please check the above two points.

３.Click "View and download my apps".

The following page is displayed. If you can download any software, you have successufully logged in.

The Adobe ETLA license expires upon graduation.
If you do not perform the renewal procedure individually, it will not be automatically renewed.

Adobe Stock is not licensed by the university, so it cannot be used with a student account.
We recommend that you sign up as an individual.

1. Confirm that you have applied for use

Except students entered in 2020 or later, you need to apply for use at AMI. After application, it takes few hours to be able to login.

2. Confirm that the email address you entered is correct

To login AdobeID, you have to enter following email address.

username@sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp

You need to enter "sic." following "@".
If you enter "username@shibaura-it.ac.jp", you can not login.

It is possible that you are logged in with an account that is not a university account and you are in a trial version.

In the Center for Science Information website, you can find instructions on how to confirm that you have logged into Adobe ETLA correctly.

First of all, please check if you can log in with your academic account.
The method is described on this page.

If you are logged in with your academic account but get a trial version, please try the following methods to clear the account information remaining on your computer.

1. Log out if you are logged in with Adobe Creative Cloud
2. PC restart
3. Log in to Adobe Creative Cloud
4. Confirm that the display is not the trial version

If you continue to be unable to use the above method after trying it,
please refer to this installation guide and try the installation again.

You said you created your personal account with the student number email, but that is not a problem in itself.
Please try logging in again.
※All you have to do is select your "Company or school account" as you will be given the option to log in.

We have an Adobe ETLA.
As a result, it is possible to use Creative Cloud series on individual PCs of our students and on PCs installed and managed on campus.

・How to log in to Adobe

This page explains how to log in.
If you are installing Adobe for the first time, please click here.

1. If you enrolled before the 2020 academic year, please apply through AMI.
2. If you want to use an Adobe app, open Adobe Creative Cloud.
   If you want to log in on the Adobe web page, click "Login" at the top right of the page.
3. Enter your university Adobe ID (email address) and click "Continue". Please make sure that the domain of your email address is @sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp (sic. is required).
   
   
   
4. Select "Company or School Account".
5. Enter your ADFS authentication ID and password.
   (This is the same as your Scomb login ID (username @sic) and the Academic Computing Center Windows/ADFS password.

・What to do if you can't log in to Adobe or can't use Adobe apps

Make sure you are logged in correctly with your university Adobe ID (see here). Please make sure that the sic. in @sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp is not missing.

If you are not logged in with your university account, please follow the steps below to try logging in again.

1. Log out of all accounts that are currently logged into Adobe.
2. If Adobe ID other than the University Adobe ID is stored on the PC or browser you are using, you may not be able to log in with your University Adobe ID.
   Please "Delete History" of your web browser or delete the list of Adobe related information in "Web Credentials".
   
   •  How to delete your web credentials
     
     1. Open the Control Panel.
        For Windows 10
        Start menu → All Apps → windows system tools → Control Panel
        Or
        From the Start menu, type "control" to open the Control Panel.
     2. Change the display method in the upper right corner of the Control Panel to large icon.
     3. Double-click on the Credentials Manager to open it.
     4. If there is anything with "adobe" in "Web Credentials", delete it.
3. Restart your PC.
4. Please refer to Adobe's login instructions and login.

When I contacted Adobe Support, I heard that there was a response at other universities as well, and it answered from the Adobe Support page below.

The number of licensable PCs is 2 PCs.
The number of authenticated terminals is not the number of installed terminals, but the number of terminals logged in.
When you purchase a new PC, if you log off with Adobe of the PC you have been using so far, the PC you have been using until now will not be included in the number of authenticated terminals.

To use AdobeCreaticeCloud, you will need to apply to use it with AMI.
To apply, click here.

Apply for use from AMI and proceed to installation.
Please note that it will take some time from application to availability.

If you have already applied to use the software, please submit a request to stop using it, apply to use it again, and follow the manual to install the software.

You need to enter your email adress like "student ID@sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp" for your login.

Since the message "license cannot be used" is output,
It is presumed that Revit was installed from the on-campus download server.

In this case, the possible causes of the symptoms are:
Not connected to SRAS-VPN,
Alternatively, the borrowed license may have expired.
*Although communication with the license server may be blocked for some reason,

In the latter case, it may be necessary to reinstall the software.
It seems that there is a description on the AutoDesk page on how to return / borrow the license, so

Are you logged in with the account you created when downloading? After signing in, please download and install the software.

The Autodesk license for a educational institution is authenticated through a student identification.

However, you need the student ID or transcript for an examination and the authentication is not sometimes done by a student identification.
※It has been reported the examples, the reauthentication after more than a year has passed since the first time and the authentication by a student identification failed.
You can't use the education free software in this state.

In this case, please recreate your Autodesk account.

The procedure is the following.

1. Create an alias address refer to "how to create the email address(alias) from a G-mail address".
   ex) aa00000+autodesk@shibaura-it.ac.jp
2. Sign in using your until now Autodesk account.
3. Open the screen of account management,and change the address to the alias one is maked by 1.
4. As well, please chnage the username.
   ex) aa00000AUTOD
   
5. Change the browser done the above procedure to the other one.
6. Make a new account using the old address.
7. Do a licence activation with a new account.

You can do licence activation not to submit the documents because the licence activation with a new account can do SSO.

When you install a software with ISO in Windows, you may fail to open ISO file with double-click. 

In this case, right-click the ISO file and select "Mount".

※Before execute the installer, please make sure that the installer is suitable for your device like target OS.

When you install specific software on macOS, the warning "System Extension Blocked" may display and installation or execution may fail.

If the warning occurs in an appplication provided by SIC or a class, you can continue to install and run in the following ways. 

* If it occurs with software that you have downloaded yourself, install it at your own risk.

1. Open "System Preferences" and click "Security & Privacy".

2. Click the key icon to certificate your account.

3. Click "Allow" button.

The application required by AMI to use MATLAB is to apply for an "Gakunin" account.

Please follow the instructions below to download and install the software after you apply for Gakunin account

 If you have applied for a "Gakunin" account before and have forgotten your  Gakunin password, log in to AMI and change your password by clicking "Change Password→Gakunin" in the menu on the left.

First of all, please try to use "Private Browse" mode or another web browser.

If the issue solve in this way, please clear caches in your browser to avoid crash.

If the issue does not solve, we recommend to ask for the teacher of the class.
(We may not be able to answer questions about usage of each software.)

The Windows profile may be damaged.
Please request renaming of the profile at the information system section near you.

SolidWorks is classified as C category software that is distributed and installed by designated departments for use in PC classroom classes.
You can only download and use the department you have applied for.

In addition, SolidWorks purchased at the University is an educational version, but it is a license limited to use of classes and creation of assignments.
Use for commercial and research purposes is a license violation and cannot be used.
For research use, purchase of SOLIDWORKS Research edition (for educational institutions) is required.

Any problems related to the installation of SolidWorks on a personal computer are at your own risk. The Center for Science Information does not support this service. If you wish to install this system, please consult with your class teacher first.

The University (Center for Information Center) has a site license agreement with Sophos to use Sophos Anti-Virus.

For more information on how to install Sophos Anti-Virus, please click here.

Follow the steps in the link above to install Sophos, then the third-party security software will be automatically uninstalled.

However, some security software (McAfee, VirusBuster, Norton, etc.) will not be automatically uninstalled by this program. Therefore, please note that you need to uninstall these security software before installing Sophos.

We have confirmed that some sites related to site licensed software cannot be displayed even if you connect using the Windows VPN function, depending on your environment.

In this case, I would like you to try the following method.

【Solution 1】

If you connect to a VPN with GlobalProtect, this may solve the problem, please try it.
We have a manual on how to connect to a VPN with GlobalProtect on the following page.

【Solution 2】

I suspect that the problem is that IPv6 is enabled.

From the following URL, after downloading "Disable IPv6 on non-tunnel interface (excluding loopback) and IPv6 tunnel interface", execute it, restart Windows, and then try again with VPN connection. Please try it.

"Site License" is a system that contracts a large number of software licenses at one time.

Center for Science Information have contracted major software site license. In addition the Academic Information Center guarantees that current SIT students and teachers install the site license software on computers owned by individuals and laboratories.

Please confirm and understand the precautions before installing.

Read the "Download Server" and connect by referring the manual in the column guide from your computer.
※Access the download server from the university network.
 

Introduce some solutions, so please try them in order from the top.

1. Change the connection method of SRAS VPN
There are mainly VPN connection methods, GlobalProtect and SSTP.
If you are currently using GlobalProtect, change the connection method to SSTP,
and if you are currently using SSTP, change the connection method to GlobalProtect
and try connecting to SRAS VPN.
After that, please access the download server.

2. Change access destination
I would like you to try accessing
"download2.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp"
If you can connect, I think that there is a download folder there,
so you can click on it to access the target page.

3. Clear credentials
Go to Control Panel and go to
User Accounts → Credential Manager
and see Windows Credentials on the Credential Manager page.
The Windows credentials may still have old credentials.
In that case, please delete the old credential and restart the PC.
After restarting, I hope you will try connecting to the download server again.

4. Disable firewall
Communication may be blocked by the firewall of OS such as Windows software or Windows.
Try stopping each firewall.

5. Use of ywi
If you still can't connect after trying the above methods,
I hope you can connect to the windows server at the university.
As for the remote desktop client,
it is necessary to install the application as standard equipment on Windows
and the application on other OS.
If you can connect, enter

in the explorer on the remote server and copy the relevant installation file to your PC.

If you run the installer on a network drive, it may become unresponsive.

Please copy it from the download folder to the desktop of your PC and execute it.

About how to use Adobe by smart phone or tablet device,
You can use the app by logging in with your university's Adobe account (user_name@sic.shibaura-it. ac.jp). ac.jp) in the app.

Your personal Adobe ID seems to be memorized in your PC.
Please delete the history of your web browser or delete the Adobe related list in the "Web Credentials".

• Delete the chrome history

Click "...(vertical)" in the upper right corner of Google Chrome, then click "Settings".
Click "Delete Browsing History Data" in the "Privacy and Security" section of the settings screen, check "Passwords and other login data" and "Auto-fill form data" and click "Delete Data".

• Web credentials

Open the Control Panel by typing "Control" from the search for magnifying glass next to the Start menu in Windows 10.

Change the display method in the upper right corner of the control panel to "Large Icons".
Double-click on the credentials manager to open it.

If there are any items with "adobe" in the "Web credentials" section, please delete them.

Please restart your PC and go to

again to check the situation.

I cannot open PDF files anymore.
When I try to open the file, it says "Sign in is required, please log in using your Adobe ID".

Please double-click on the following file in the \ShareFolders\public\学情センター関連
