If you enter the address directly, it is not displayed the Wizard to confirm the credentials from Windows 10 ver.20H2.
(There is possibility that trouble occurs when you connect to ShareFolder or the download server. )

Because of this, please add the Windows credentials from network drive or credential manager.

Please add credential manager how to launch from control panel or run the specified file name, launch as "control.exe /name Microsoft.CredentialManager" and add the Windows credentials.

Also, if you have left your imprint before the time when you are allowed to imprint, you may be counted as absent.

Please make sure to check if the time is available for imprinting before imprinting.

Share folders are addressed differently on different campuses. The other settings are the same for different campuses.
The addresses for each campus are as follows. Please make sure that you have entered the correct address.

Installation method (Windows10)

We have confirmed that some sites related to site licensed software cannot be displayed even if you connect using the Windows VPN function, depending on your environment.

In this case, I would like you to try the following method.

【Solution 1】

If you connect to a VPN with GlobalProtect, this may solve the problem, please try it.
We have a manual on how to connect to a VPN with GlobalProtect on the following page.

【Solution 2】

I suspect that the problem is that IPv6 is enabled.

From the following URL, after downloading "Disable IPv6 on non-tunnel interface (excluding loopback) and IPv6 tunnel interface", execute it, restart Windows, and then try again with VPN connection. Please try it.

"Site License" is a system that contracts a large number of software licenses at one time.

Center for Science Information have contracted major software site license. In addition the Academic Information Center guarantees that current SIT students and teachers install the site license software on computers owned by individuals and laboratories.

Please confirm and understand the precautions before installing.

For the iOS version of the Office application, You need to install it from the AppStore .
Apps installed on iOS can be used by signing in with your university account the first time the app is launched.

Sheafolder allows you to receive and submit class materials and assignments from outside of school by connecting to a VPN.

It may not be displayed due to reasons such as cache.
I think that it will be displayed by unmounting it once, restarting it, and accessing it again.
There is a possibility that the Windows firewall or virus software is blocking communication, and you may be able to connect by entering your Windows credentials, so please check it as well.

If all else fails, please visit the nearest Information Systems Section or online counter.

Please delete your browser history or try another web browser or software.
Right-click on File and choose "Open with". Then the software that can be displayed is displayed. (Windows)

Staple printers are available in the I/O rooms of Building 2 and Building 5.

1. Select "Print" from the File tab.

2. Change "No Staples" to where you want to close the document." You can use "Top left", "Top right", or "Two places on the left".

If you still cannot access, please try the following methods. 

1.Change the connection method of SRAS VPN
The main VPN connection methods are GlobalProtect and SSTP.

If you are currently using GlobalProtect, you change your connection method to SSTP.
If you are currently using SSTP, you change your connection method to GlobalProtect.

After that, please try to connect to SRAS VPN and access the download server.

2.Change of access point
Please try to access   download2.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp
If you are able to connect, you will find a download folder there and you can click on it.

3．Clear credentials
Go to Control Panel and go to User Accounts → Credential Manager and see Windows Credentials on the Credential Manager page.
The Windows credentials may still have the old credentials.
In that case, please delete the old credentials and restart the PC.
After restarting, I hope you will try connecting to the download server again.

4．Disable firewall
Communication may be blocked by virus software or firewall of OS such as Windows.
Try stopping each firewall.

5.Using Remote Desktop
If you are still unable to connect after trying the above methods, please connect to the Shibaura windows server.

Please launch the Remote Desktop Client while connected to SRAS VPN.

If you belong to Toyosu and Shibaura campus, please contact   ywi.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp  .

If you belong to Omiya campus, please contact owi.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp .

If you use the Windows operation system, you can use the remote desktop clients is standard equipment.
But for other operating systems, it is necessary to install the application.

After the connection is made, go to the remote server and enter   \\download2.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp\download   in Explorer.

Introduce some solutions, so please try them in order from the top.

1. Change the connection method of SRAS VPN
There are mainly VPN connection methods, GlobalProtect and SSTP.
If you are currently using GlobalProtect, change the connection method to SSTP,
and if you are currently using SSTP, change the connection method to GlobalProtect
and try connecting to SRAS VPN.
After that, please access the download server.

2. Change access destination
I would like you to try accessing
"download2.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp"
If you can connect, I think that there is a download folder there,
so you can click on it to access the target page.

3. Clear credentials
Go to Control Panel and go to
User Accounts → Credential Manager
and see Windows Credentials on the Credential Manager page.
The Windows credentials may still have old credentials.
In that case, please delete the old credential and restart the PC.
After restarting, I hope you will try connecting to the download server again.

4. Disable firewall
Communication may be blocked by the firewall of OS such as Windows software or Windows.
Try stopping each firewall.

5. Use of ywi
If you still can't connect after trying the above methods,
I hope you can connect to the windows server at the university.
As for the remote desktop client,
it is necessary to install the application as standard equipment on Windows
and the application on other OS.
If you can connect, enter
"\\download2.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp\download"
in the explorer on the remote server and copy the relevant installation file to your PC.

If you run the installer on a network drive, it may become unresponsive.

Please copy it from the download folder to the desktop of your PC and execute it.

In Windows10, if you start exe on a network drive, there is a problem that you cannot proceed.

Please copy and paste each folder containing the exe file to your local desk (desktop, etc.) and start it from there.

*You can delete the folder on the desktop after the installation.

You will need to assign a network drive or add Windows credentials in the Credentials Manager. 

To add credentials, go to "Control Panel" > "User Accounts" > "Credential Manager" > "Windows Credentials" > "Add Windows Credentials".

Credential Manager" can also be opened by executing "control.exe /name Microsoft.CredentialManager" in "Run as".

Please add the correct credentials from Add Windows Credentials.
