There are multiple folders in your account, such as MyVolume and ShareFolders, depending on the purpose.

The following is a guide to MyVolume and ShareFolders, two of the most frequently used of these.

To access these folders from off-campus, you need to connect to SRAS VPN.

If you reinstall Office under the University's account after your own license has expired, you may receive a "System error: 0x80070005" at startup. Please refer to the following to uninstall Office completely.

Uninstall Office from a PC

After completing the uninstallation, restart your computer and install Office from the link below.

The SRAS VPN service is required for course registration and access to the AMI,

You don't need to be connected to a VPN to teach online.

Is your home line wired (FLET'S, au Hikari, Nuro Hikari, etc.)?
If it is wired, Line speed can be measured at 
https://fast.com .
(Please note that wireless will consume packet data.）

In real-time delivery lessons such as Zoom,
Normally, if you get about 1.2 Mbps, you can watch with sufficient image quality.

Network error is an error that occurs when normal communication with the server is not possible.
The following causes are possible, so please try each one.

1.Connest to VPN
If you do not seem to be connected to VPN, please connect to VPN and try again.

2.Manually enter the ShareFolders address
If you are copying and pasting the address of the ShareFolders from the AMI or manual,
please try manually instead of copying.
(copy and paste may not work due to the character code) 
Also, try handing out the address in Explorer instead of assinging a network drive.  

3.Turn off the security software once
The connection to the ShareFolders may be blocked by the security software running on your PC,
so please turn off the security software for a day before you try.

4.Change the VPN connection method
If you are currently connected with GlobalProtect, please try another connection method such as SSTP and try the above procedure again.

If the same file name exists in the submission destination folder, it cannot be submitted.
Please change the file name and submit again.

I tried to access ”ShareFolders", but after repeatedly entering the password, the message "Your password is incorrect" or "User account does not have access to ShareFolders" appears.  And inaccessible.

Please check "ShareFolders" user name and password.

Select “Folder Options” in “Tools”.

"Advanced" on the "View" tab: Uncheck "Use simple file sharing" and click the OK button.
The “Security” tab is now displayed.

• Basically, please start setup from [2] on the site when proceeding with initial setup. ([1] is the procedure when you want to use a local account.) 
• When setting up, the adress " ***@sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp" cannot be used as a Microsoft account.
• The power button (on the upper right of the keyboard) is a fingerprint sensor. Please set the fingerprint authentication there. If you don't use it, you can skip it from the lower left.

If you have been able to connect to a share folder or download server, you may suddenly find yourself unable to connect.

Old information may have been registered in your credentials.

Please try clearing your credentials in the following way.
Access the Control Panel, go to User Accounts → Credentials Manager, and look at Windows Credentials on the Credentials Manager page.

There may be some old credentials left in the Windows credentials.
Please delete the old credentials of "yshare.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp", "oshare.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp", "*Session" or "download2.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp", and restart your PC. Please restart your PC.

After that, please try to connect to the server again.
If this does not work, please try deleting the other credentials as well.

Part-time lecturer and staff do not have the same Gmail account and Gmail address.※Some people are the same.
Please be sure to check and set when you start using Gmail.
