Flow of online lessons by type (for teachers)

This is the flow of three types (online lesson with Zoom, video delivery lesson with Stream, lesson with content delivery) of lesson methods.

Preparation before class
Create a class meeting in Zoom

1）Sign in to Zoom
・Sign in to Zoom from Scomb
・Sign in to Zoom from Zoom Website

2）Zoom meeting schedule (ID/URL creation)

3）Notify students of Zoom meeting ID/URL via Scomb

Preparation before class
Prepare video

1）When using past lesson recording
Request an e-learning laboratory and download past recorded videos
・Contact e-mail address

2）Make a video
Prepare an mp4 file using an application such as PowerPoint
Publish your video to OneDrive

1）Publishing lecture video OneDrive

2）Notify Students of URL for Online Class (meeting) on Scomb (Referenced from 6.)

Prepare contents, texts, questionnaires, tests, etc. necessary for the class

1）When creating and distributing materials using Scomb
・ Log in to Scomb
・Scomb LMS (Timetable)
・Send class announcements
・Issue a task
・Make a test
・Make a survey
・Upload teaching materials

2）When distributing materials using the assignment submission folder　※SRASVPN connection is required. 
・Access the assignment submission folder from the PC practice room
・Access the assignment submission folder from your computer
