This is a list of class support services provided by SIC. 

 

ScombZ

 

Scomb is a portal site for SIT students and faculties.
It is an aggregation of notifications from various sections and links of web services for campus life.
It also contains LMS, and you can use LMS pages of all subjects.

Class Recording

 

There is a system that automatically records the natural teaching style of educators.
It creates lesson content based on the video from cameras and stationary PCs in the classroom, as well as sounds captured from microphones and stationary PCs.

Online Classes

 

Introducing the online lesson using a smartphone/PC.

S*gsot

 

S*gsot is a student support tool for SIT.
You can register for the course and check / review the course with S*gsot.

Timetable search system

 

You can view the class schedule for each department for the entire year.

SIT portfolio

 

This is a record of the learning outcomes such as reports, assignments, and papers created by students in class, as well as the materials collected and grades achieved, along with what they realized and learned during the learning process.

Teams

 

Teams are created for each course.
They are designed to facilitate the exchange of course-related data, such as materials and reports, between the course instructor and students (course participants).

Zoom

 

Zoom is a web conferencing service that can be used by installing an app on a PC, smartphone, or tablet.
It can be used not only for online classes but also for meetings between remote locations.

Examena

 

This tool allows you to distribute, submit, grade, and provide feedback on assignments and exams.

Google

 

This is a website creation tool included in Google Workspace.
You can create and publish your own web pages.

You can browse syllabi in the syllabus search system.

Virtual environment (Virtualbox, VMware)

 

By introducing a virtual environment, multiple arbitrary OS environments including Linux can be operated simultaneously, providing an environment for more advanced and wider classes, exercises, and assignments.

Introduction to Microsoft Office

 

Basic operation contents of three types of Microsoft Office application software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are available.
You can individually learn how to operate application software that you cannot learn in class.

MyVolume

 

MyVolume is a file storage area prepared for each individual. This is the location where configuration files for using Center for Science Information computers (Windows, UNIX, Linux) are saved.

UD talk

 

This section mainly describes how to use the software to communicate with the hearing impaired by using a computer or mobile phone.
